CLAIMS EXECUTIVE
Position Summary
- Process and assess Workmen’s Compensation claims in accordance with the ACT
- Will be an added advantage if the candidate has experience in handling Marine Cargo claims
- Assist to ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement
- Implement strategies to achieve productivity and goals of the department
- Negotiate settlement of claims within authority limits
- Review outstanding files
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma qualification or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum two years of relevant claims handling experience
- Service-oriented with a strong aptitude for teamwork
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
